Metrology Gate allows you to monitor and control the results of the entire data workflow and accelerates decision-making processes thanks to reliable information. Metrology Gate is a web application, so a regular client installation is no longer required. Works with a major web browser. Just choose which type of network installation you prefer!

Product description
Metrology Gate is a unique 3D measuring machine health and production quality monitoring tool that offers powerful SPC analysis, machine health monitoring, environmental parameters and measurement reporting. All this in a user-friendly web application. It doesn't require any software to be installed, you can simply access from your web browser or mobile app!
The application automatically collects the results of element measurements and creates graphs and tables for SPC analysis. A nominal project template is defined on the server, while a client is installed on each CMM that sends data directly to the Metrology Gate.
