Retrofits of measuring devices

We provide overhauls, modernizations, retrofits of mechanics and electronics of all types and brands of manual measuring machines. We also deal with retrofits and digitization of length gauges, measuring microscopes and manual coordinate measuring machines. We are also able to provide conversions of manual machines to CNC machines. Retrofit of the machine is a suitable choice for customers who want to use outdated or non-functional measuring equipment. The complete retrofit of the machine includes the replacement of all obsolete or defective components, including electronics, metering, air distribution, repair of the machine mechanics and accredited calibration.

CMM Retrofits

Our specialization is the modernization and digitization of coordinate measuring machines. The TOPMES company grew up on this activity, thanks to which we understand the whole issue of 3D measuring machines very well. Older measuring machines do not have to belong to scrap yet, because their properties are often very good and they only need professional intervention and repair. Upgrading an older machine can significantly save money on the purchase of a new machine.

We are engaged in the modernization of 3D measuring machines of almost all brands and types. We modernize manual and CNC measuring machines. First, we always personally evaluate the technical condition of the machine and, based on this information, issue a price offer, which we consult in detail. We are able to equip the entire system with a wide range of control systems and measuring software, exactly according to the type of your use.

Microscopes and profilprojectors

Providing complete modernization and digitization of measuring microscopes, profile projectors and almost all types and brands. These are mainly Zeiss, Mitutoyo or Starrett devices. We equip these devices with the Renishaw measuring system, connect them through our own communication unit made in TOPMES and supply measuring software for 2D devices to the entire system. By digitizing, you get a fully functional and even more powerful measuring system from your old device. We will be happy to describe the entire modernization process in detail and show you the measuring software for 2D. We have performed several hundred of these digitizations over the period of operation, and we will be happy to provide you with references from our customers.

Lenght gauges

We have been modernizing 1D measuring devices for over 30 years on the market with measuring technology. These are length gauges and length comparators. In most cases, these are Zeiss or SIP length gauges. We can equip these length gauges with a Renishaw measuring system and connect them to the Comparator software via our communication unit. This whole process is called digitization, of which we have performed dozens during our time on the market with measuring technology. At the end of the entire digitization, we calibrate this type of meters in an accredited manner and present the results of the measured values.
