With our customers in this area, we most often solve their requirements for the inspection of blades and complex parts. For these purposes, we recommend Nikon laser scanners for LK Metrology coordinate measuring machines and measuring arms. We use API laser trackers or RPS Metrology measuring arms to check larger components or units, such as turbines.
Appropriate software is an important part of this inspection. We offer Focus Inspection or Polyworks Inspector software, which have the option of Blade Inspection - a module for blade analysis.
